What fits inside The OneBag™?

The OneBag™ folds from a garment bag into a travel duffel. The supplier size guide shows a closed bag of approximately 52 × 25 × 32 cm (length × depth × height), with a main open garment panel of approximately 94 × 52 cm, excluding side flaps. These measurements are pictured on Blush and Champagne; the other five main colours do not have separate supplier measurements. Como Sky is listed separately at approximately 52.07 × 25.4 × 31.75 cm. Packing space depends on your clothing and packing style.

What is The OneBag™ made from?

Andelène EcoSmart Vegan Leather is our name for the PU finish used on The OneBag™. The supplier listing for the main six colours states PU with a polyester lining. Full fabric composition for the striped design has not been separately specified. Colour, trim and hardware vary by design; see the selected colour photographs.

What are the ways to carry it?

Carry The OneBag™ by its SoftHold™ handles or over your shoulder using the Poise™ shoulder strap. This collection is bag-only; wheels and a trolley are not included.

Will it fit in the cabin?

Cabin-baggage allowances vary by airline, route and ticket. Check your airline’s current size and weight limits against your chosen colour and the fully packed bag before travelling. We do not claim universal cabin approval.

How do I keep it clean?

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and let it air-dry. Clean by hand rather than in a washing machine, and avoid bleach, harsh cleaners and direct heat.

Do you offer free international shipping?

Free international shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. Delivery timing depends on your destination; contact us for a current delivery estimate.

What if I change my mind?

Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Your bag must be unused and in its original condition. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for return instructions before sending your bag back. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

What if my bag has a fault?

If your bag has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and clear photos within 60 days of your order date. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement at no cost for a confirmed defect. This promise is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit any refund, repair or replacement rights you may have.
