These terms apply to purchases from ANDELÈNE through andelene.com and your use of this store. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ANDELÈNE. Contact us through our contact form.

Orders and product information

Please check the selected product, colour, quantity and delivery details before placing an order. Product descriptions identify what is included; styling props or other items shown in editorial images are not included unless the description says otherwise. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange a correction you agree to or a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a different product or increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Prices and payments

The currency, item prices, applicable checkout taxes and any delivery charges are displayed before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction fees. Promotions apply only on the terms stated with the offer. Changes to prices or these terms apply to future orders and do not remove rights arising from orders already placed.
